We all play together, so you can come alone as well! We do like to keep the group balanced healthy between spotters, middles, flyers, and bases.
Wear comfortable sports clothing you can move in, with no loop to get caught in, not to slippery (for the bases).
Water, some niceties that give you energy, but no matts needed.
18+ only.
